Terms and Conditions – SJ Auto Loans’ Cancun Mexico Trip Contest

1. Eligibility: The SJ Auto Loans’ Cancun Mexico Trip Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older. Employees of SJ Auto Loans and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The contest begins on Sep 5th, 2023 and ends on March 31st, 2024.

3. How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must fill out the entry form on the SJ Auto Loans website. The maximum amount that can be spent on the trip is $3000.

4. Prize: The winner of the contest will receive an all-expense paid trip for two to Cancun, Mexico. The prize includes airfare, accommodations, and excursions. The total cost of the prize will not exceed $3000.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the drawing.

6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. If the winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Taxes: The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

8. Publicity: By entering the contest, the winner agrees to allow SJ Auto Loans to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

9. General Conditions: SJ Auto Loans reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time, without notice, for any reason. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of SJ Auto Loans, which are final and binding.

10. Limitations of Liability: SJ Auto Loans is not responsible for any lost or stolen entries, technical malfunctions, or other issues that may prevent entry or affect the administration or outcome of the contest. SJ Auto Loans is not liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, arising out of the contest or the use of the prize.
